Led a group of young volunteers in a blood grouping exercise that was free of charge to the public, in partnership with the health centre at the University of Buea and the telecommunications company Nexttel. A lot of women didn’t know much about “foetal diseases of the new born,” so this was an effort to educate them and the public about the significance of knowing their blood type. Over 400 people were tested and their results were disseminated and explained to them.
